Medic Alert

The Strathroy-Caradoc Police Service will soon be partnering with MedicAlert in a new initiative aimed at helping people in emergency situations.

The MedicAlert system is based on custom-engraved bracelets or other jewellery worn by individuals that provide first responders in an emergency with basic information on the person's medical situation.

In November 2021, local police will roll out their participation in the MedicAlert Connect Protect program, which is designed to provide immediate enhanced medical information on individuals in emergency situations.
