To report an incident or a traffic concern online, complete this form.

Some examples of incidents that qualify for Online Reports are as follows:

  • Damage or mischief to a vehicle (other than by a collision and under $5,000) with no suspect information
  • Damage or mischief to property (under $5,000) with no suspect information
  • Lost or stolen drivers licenses
  • Lost property (under $5,000)
  • Stolen licence plates- with no suspect information
  • Theft (under $5,000) with no suspect information
  • Theft from vehicle (under $5,000) with no suspect information
  • Identity theft or fraud, Credit card fraud, Internet fraud or Personal fraud- with no suspect information

Before reporting an incident online make sure you are prepared by having the following information available;

  • Complainants email address and contact information-the report must be filed by the owner, finder or authorized representative where applicable
  • The incident address (where the crime took place).
  • A drivers licence, ownership, and insurance information (if applicable)
