Requirements

• Applicants must be a resident of the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc
• Fingerprints can be completed for pardon, immigration, employment or adoption purposes.
• Must attend in person
  Must produce photo identification

Fee is $42.00 exact cash, debit, or credit - a receipt will be issued.
